Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- Croutons, for garnish optional
- Lemon wedges, for garnish optional
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with Creole seasoning
Cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side
Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside
