Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly
Let marinate for at least 15 minutes
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
Add marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through
Warm corn tortillas on the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side
